FitSure
FitSure™
Measure Right. Buy Right. A simple at-home way to get your child's exact shoe size — no guesswork, no repeat exchanges.
Ordering kids' shoes online usually means guessing a size from age — and getting it wrong. FitSure is Hyfex's own sizing system, built by our founders after years of watching parents deal with the same problem: shoes that don't fit, and the hassle of returning them.
With FitSure, you measure your child's actual foot at home using a free printable sheet, then match it directly to our size chart in centimetres. One measurement, the right size, the first time.

⬇ Download FitSure Sheet (PDF)⚠️ Print Instructions — Read Before Printing
- Open the downloaded PDF and print it at 100% scale / Actual Size.
- Turn OFF any "Fit to Page" or "Shrink to Fit" option in your print settings — this will resize the ruler and make it inaccurate.
- Print on A4 paper with no page margin scaling.
- Before measuring, check the Calibration Check box on the sheet — it must measure exactly 5 × 5 cm. If it doesn't, reprint at 100% scale.
Cautions While Measuring
- Measure both feet — always use the larger measurement.
- Measure the bare foot, unless the shoe is meant to be worn with thick socks.
- Keep the heel flat against the line and the child standing naturally, not sitting.
- Measure in the evening for the most accurate reading — feet swell slightly through the day.
- If the measurement falls between two sizes, go one size up for growing room.

Why We Don't Rely on Age
Age charts are only a rough guide — every child's feet grow at their own pace, and no single scale can define every child. That's exactly why FitSure exists: instead of guessing from age, you measure your child's actual foot and match it to the chart in centimetres. It's the one method that works the same for every child, every time.
The FitSure Guarantee
Measure right with FitSure and your child gets the correct size for proper foot development — not too tight, not too loose. And if something still feels off, every Hyfex order comes with a free 7-day size exchange, so you're covered either way.
